Is there a free trial?

We offer a lifetime free plan, which provides basic access to our services & features. But there are limitations on the uses for each tool. We recommend upgrading to Pro if you have a new or existing business.


Which plan is right for me?

Every use case is different for each seller. It depends on your business model and where you are in your seller journey. If you have any questions, feel free to chat with our friendly Customer Success team to make a more informed decision.


What is the difference between XenonHunt and the browser extension?

The main differences between XenonHunt and the browser extension are where you access them and what functionality each tool offers.

XenonHunt is a web-based software where you can find features for product scout, keywords, listings, and market analysis.

Our browser extension is for Chrome and pulls product data directly from Daraz search result pages into one dashboard.

Both tools are included and available in your XenonHunt account, whether you go Basic, Pro, or Team plans.


What marketplaces are supported?

XenonHunt is compatible with the Daraz Pakistan marketplace, support for more regions and marketplaces will be integrated in the near future.


How many users can I have on my account?

XenonHunt works great for teams. We encourage you to add users to your account, each with their own login for added security.

Free plan is designed to be single-user plan. Basic & Pro Plan can add additional users to their account with the ability to purchase more seats.


What information will my authorized users have access to?

As the primary user, you are in complete control of your account. Additional users will not have access to billing information, your credit card number, or be authorized to make changes to your account.

All additional users join by invitation from you, and you can revoke their access at any time through your team management settings.


Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes! Your plan can be upgraded at anytime directly through the subscription section within XenonHunt dashboard. You can also reach out to support@xenonhunt.com for assistance.

However while upgrading your previous plan will be terminated along with its limits and refund will not be issued for non-usage.


Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, there are no contractual obligations beyond your current billing cycle. If you cancel, your subscription will end following the current term with no further charges.

If you are a new customer, all regularly priced plans offer a 3-day money-back guarantee (special promotions or trials excluded). If you cancel within this 3-day period, you will receive a full refund.


What forms of payment do you accept?

XenonHunt uses secure onsite payment processing and accepts all debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, email us at support@xenonhunt.com and we can send you a Bank invoice.
